Il Portichetto Restaurant – Arenzano

It is located in a unique scenery at the heart of the Arenzano Pine Forest, in the small square deisgned by architect Gardella in the 1960s. It has a large déhors, a playground for children and a car park reserved for clients.

The Parodi Family has owned the restaurant since the 1970s. Francesco Parodi – 3rd generation – has run the restaurant since 1994.

In season ingredients are used for cooking. Vegetables are purchased from local farmers, fish (the restaurant’s main course) is fresh and fished only by Francesco.

In winter time it is possible to taste very good game. Puddings are also home-made. The ice cream produced in the restaurant must be tasted.

The wine list selected by Francesco’s wife – a sommelier – lists around 150 varieties coming from all over the world. Special attention is paid to biodynamic and biological wines.
